Recently, Chelion Australia had the privilege of participating in the prestigious All Energy Expo at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).
We thought that we would put together a short blog post to highlight some of the key points of the event for those of our friends and clients who were unable to make it!
As Australia’s largest gatherings of professionals in the field of renewable energy, the Clean Energy Council event provided us with an excellent opportunity to introduce our newest offerings: the ARES and the ZEUS.
These cutting-edge scalable Energy Storage Systems (ESS) are specifically tailored to meet the needs of businesses ranging from small and medium-scale enterprises to large corporations in the thriving Australian renewable energy sector.
Along with our full suite of Residential, EV charging and Utility offerings, the new product lines truly allow Chelion to assist every business in their energy transition.
Engagement and Connection
Our participation at the expo was made possible by the presence of seven talented members our Brisbane-based team, who engaged in thousands of insightful conversations (across two full days of expo) with a diverse array of attendees.
Our goal was to connect with both existing clients and new potential partners, showcasing the ARES and ZEUS as integrated solutions that prioritize scalability, reliability, and efficiency for businesses embracing renewable energy practices in the rapidly developing Australian energy market.
The full-scale model of the ARES (seen above in matte black colouring) is a 163kWh, IP55 All-in-one unit, with integrated HVAC, designed for businesses requiring a powerful yet sleek and aesthetic solution to Battery Storage.
The ZEUS, the ‘big brother’ of the ARES, is a liquid cooled, 301kWh IP55 All-in-one unit, with almost unlimited expandability, for clients with demanding peak-load or very-high efficiency (97.3%) AC output requirements.
Chelion also offer a range of compatible PCS and STS units for a customised ‘full system’ BESS solution of any size.

The event also allowed us to showcase the newest member of our Chelion AU team, our lovable mascot, ChiChi the Chameleon!
ChiChi embodies the Chelion spirit of adaptability to its environment, and his name reflects the spirit of Chi (or “Energy”) that Chelion gives back to our clients by helping them generate and store their own Renewables.
ChiChi proved an instant hit at the event, with over 500 finding their way to new homes with friends and clients!
Commitment to Sustainability
Chelion Australia’s presence at the All Energy Expo also served as a testament to our unwavering commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions here in Australia, and across the Pacific.
Our expo stand was designed to be both modular and completely re-useable, which allows us to cut down the waste and the environmental impact of exhibiting at events like this one, and our team made extensive use of Melbourne’s excellent public transport system to get to and from the event.
We remain steadfast in our dedication to equip businesses with the tools and technologies necessary to seamlessly integrate eco-friendly practices into their operations, all while ensuring increased productivity and profitability within the context of the South Pacific renewable energy sector.
The meaningful interactions our team had with visitors at the expo truly reflected our passion for driving positive change in the realm of renewable energy integration within the business landscape.
